Abstract

How is the miracle in Mk 7,24-30 articulated? Who does it? What role does foreignness play in the Syrophoenician woman? I will approach the analysis of the text presenting healing as an operation of language that pierces the rigid belief system on which some frontier conceptions are based. I am guided by a discursive and semantic point of view to propose that we are facing a "transfer cure" and a "miracle
invested". This path does not imply theological hermeneutics, but the work with the elements of the language as organization of the significant relations or symbolic order.
