Abstract

This article offers a summary of the recent changes in the interpretation of Paul’s theology, especially after the emergence of the «new perspective». Secondly, the Author studies the different meanings of the
word «grace» in Second Temple Judaism, to situate within that context the understanding that Paul may have had of it. Finally, an understanding of
grace is proposed in the letter to the Galatians as a key notion in the configuration of Pauline soteriology.
