The underlying question that has guided the research I'm about to share with you in these meetings is this: what was the imposition that determined the development of the tradition about Jesus? I am interested, about everything, that part of that tradition that would later give rise to the Gospels canonical. Of course, I am well aware that during the period other books were composed about Jesus and the Church. who are also indebted to that tradition.
