Abstract

The article focuses on 1 Pe 3,17-22 and its enigmatic reference to “imprisoned spirits”, understood as a Christological foundation to the exhortation to actively face, “doing” and “telling” the good without reservation, the process of suffering and rejection to which the baptized is subjected by his own commitment and fidelity.
