The present work that we review is a continuity of the five recommendations that Dr. Carlos Raúl Sosa Siliezar alludes to at the end of his book: Creation Imagery in the Gospel of John. Library of New Testament Studies 546. London: Bloomsbury T&T Clark, 2015, the universal meaning of Jesus, the dualism of the Gospel of John, the Johannine Christology, the composition of the Gospel text and the use of the Old Testament in John. Most intentionally three of the five: unveiling Jesus' relationship to the Creator God (the dualism of the Gospel), the divine status of Jesus without opposition to his humanity (Johannine Christology), and the primacy of the OT in bearing witness about Jesus (Use of the OT in John).
