Abstract

This collective work complements the Postcolonial Commentary on the New Testament Writings, published by the same publisher in 2007.
It is a collection of eighteen articles, preceded by an Introduction and a Prologue. Nineteen authors (fifteen men and four women) contributed, whose academic affiliations place them mostly in the U.S. (eleven), but also in Australia, India, Canada, Norway, South Africa and Finland. According to the introduction, they represent a wide spectrum of national, ethnic and diasporic, from which it can be interpreted that their life paths have influenced the choice of a postcolonial perspective.
