Dt 13,2-6. Una legislación post-exílica sobre la profecía

Resumen

Dt 13,2-6 presenta una breve legislación sobre el profeta/soñador apóstata caracterizada por una disposición retórica. Dado que los puntos de contacto con algunos tratados de vasallajes antiguos no son concluyentes, esta legislación no respondería a una necesidad histórica directa pre-exílica. En cambio, una referencia intertextual que explica la destrucción de Jerusalén revela una datación posterior. En este articulo discutimos la posibilidad de interpretar Dt 13,2-6 como una elaboración retórica a partir de material polémico (Jr 23,9-40) en orden a responsabilizar un tipo de profecía mántica por la catástrofe y configurar una nueva profecía para el post-exilio.
